Exceptional and/or sensitive personal data that we process

It is not our intention to collect data via our website and/or service on website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents are involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. Why we need data

LVT Group processes your personal data for the following purposes:

In the case of companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processing agreement with them to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. LVT Group will remain responsible for these processing operations. LVT Group will also only provide your personal data to other third parties with your express consent. The data is always stored only within the EU.

Please black out your passport photo and citizen service number (bsn) / national register number on this copy. This is to protect your privacy.

If the processing of your data is based on permission, you can withdraw it at any time. You can do this by contacting us using the email form or by emailing info@lvtgroup.com.

LVT Group will respond to your request as soon as possible, and in any event within four weeks.

Each data subject has the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if the data subjects are of the opinion that LVT Group is not complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
