Exceptional and/or sensitive personal data that we process
It is not our intention to collect data via our website and/or service on website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents are involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. Why we need data
LVT Group processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Each data subject has the right to inspect, correct, supplement, delete, be forgotten, limit, transfer and the right to object with regard to the processing of his or her personal data, at no cost. Each data subject has the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if the data subjects are of the opinion that LVT Group is not complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We hope that it does not come to that and will always try to meet our obligations before that time.
